Because of a continuing problem with thefts from cars and garages, residents are minded to lock vehicles that sit outside your garage. Garages also need to be locked. Residents have recently reported seeing carloads of individuals driving around at night and stopping to check car doors. If you see suspicious activity, please call the Sherriff’s Office Dispatch at 394-2151 and report it immediately.
Wild Animals
Residents have recently reporting finding partially eaten carcasses of small deer and other animals in their yards. Mountain Lions have been sighted in the general area around Countryside South. As a result, while board members do not want to be alarmists, we would like residents to be aware of the possibility of mountain lions coming through the subdivision from time to time. Parents, be aware of where your children are playing or waiting for the school bus, especially in the early morning and evening hours.
